Account and generation records

Google sign-in identifies your account. We store your credit transactions and generation history so that your balance and creations can be associated with the same account when you return.

Your uploaded photo is sent to KIE with a fixed AI-generated reference video and a written prompt to generate your scene directly with Seedance 2.0 Mini. KIE's retention policies apply. This service does not promise a specific third-party storage duration, training-use restriction or complete deletion of third-party copies beyond what has been confirmed by that provider.

Generated videos are stored privately and require your account to download. We do not make your uploads or results public through a community feed. Public examples are separately identified; a reference example is not a customer output. Publishing a private customer's portrait or generated video requires separate permission.

Payment and support records

Purchases use the shared merchant store through Waffo. Payment confirmation, credit transactions and order references are used to reconcile your balance and purchase. The merchant's support address is shared with another service and is listed below so that you can identify the appropriate operator.

Privacy, account and deletion requests

Contact support@rumpelstiltskin.best. Identify Burning Bridges AI and your account email. Include the relevant creation or order reference when the request concerns a particular item. Do not send your Google password or full payment-card details.

Requests are reviewed by the operator. Records required for payment reconciliation or legal obligations may be retained. There is no fixed deletion deadline or automatic permanent-deletion guarantee stated here, and deletion from our storage does not itself verify deletion from the model provider's systems or every backup.

Only upload photos and likenesses you are authorized to transform. See our use policy, terms and refund policy.
