Contact and Support — Burning Bridges AI

Contact the site operator

The operator-designated support email for burningbridgesai.live is 539965687@qq.com. Use this address for payment questions, generation issues, refund requests, privacy concerns and reports of unauthorized likeness use. It is provided by the operator; an email delivery and human reply have not been independently tested by the site’s automated checks.

Support is handled by email. A staffed schedule and fixed first-response or resolution time have not yet been published. If you follow up, include the earlier request so the operator can identify it. Do not treat a generation progress message as confirmation that an email request was received.

What to include

• The subject Burning Bridges AI and the category: payment, generation, refund, privacy/deletion or abuse.
• The Google account email you used on this site.
• The order or creation reference, approximate time and a description of what happened.
• For deletion, whether you want a stored video removed, account-data review or assistance with provider-held copies.

Do not email your Google password, authentication codes, full card number or another portrait file. Self-service deletion of a completed video is available under My creations; broader account-data requests require review. A deletion request is separate from a purchase refund.

Checkout identity

This site sells a one-time 100-credit pack for $9.99 USD using Waffo through the shared Rumpelstiltskin store. The checkout store name or branding may therefore differ from Burning Bridges AI. The product and amount should identify the credit purchase before you pay. Exact card-statement wording is set by the payment provider and has not been verified by our automated checks.

The website’s operator has not yet supplied a verified legal entity name, registered address or registration jurisdiction for publication. The store name is not proof of a registered legal entity. These details remain outstanding; this page does not invent them or claim business verification.

Before purchasing or uploading
